Project Details

This new construction project demonstrates the benefits of modular, off-site construction, which can speed up schedules. While we were preparing the site and laying the foundation, our partners were constructing the floor, wall, and roof panels at their factory in New Hampshire. Our foundation was ready in early March, the panels were shipped to the site, and the shell of the house was assembled in about a week. The walls and roof panels arrived on site already insulated, and the windows were pre-installed. This "pre-construction" saved a lot of time.
